To make the day more efficient and maximize your time climbing, please download the following forms required for your day and hand the originals to your guide when you meet them.

The forms noted by an *asterisk need to be filled out by all participants in order to be able to participate in any activities.

Required Paperwork For All Participants

* Participation Agreement
This one is required for all participants. If you are under age 18, it must also be signed by your parent or legal guardian in the appropriate location.

This one is requested for all participants. Please be sure to write legibly, we need to be able to read all the information.

Minnewaska Release
This one is required for all participants who will be climbing at Peterskill, in Minnewaska State Park. If you are under age 18, it must also be signed by your parent or legal guardian in the appropriate location.

Directions to Rock and Snow
This is where we meet to get you outfitted in our gear for rock climbing in the Gunks, and ice climbing in the Gunks or Catskills. We always meet here, unless your guide makes different arrangements with you in advance. Don't forget to ask about your 10% store discount for climbing with us.

Stone Mountain Farm Information

We offer group rock climbing programs at Stone Mountain Farm, a private farm in the area, They offer a few cliffs for rock climbing and a place to camp on their property. If we are scheduled to climb with you there, please review their information.
